If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from the date your order was received. Before returning an item, please follow the return instructions below and include a copy of the invoice that was shipped along with the products you are returning. Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that have been used and/or display visible signs of use. Additionally, all shipping charges incurred to exchange an item(s), are the customers responsibility.
When we have received your returned products, we will issue a credit to your credit card equaling the cost of the item. ** Clearance items will receive store credit only. ** Original shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns. In the event that we ship an incorrect item, however, please email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no charge.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time that we receive your returned product for the credit to be issued to your credit card. Your Credit Card Company may take as long as 10 days to have the credit appear on your statement. Exchanges are shipped within 2 to 7 business days from the day the return is received.

- Unauthorized Returns: All authorized returns will have NO restocking fee, however, any unauthorized returns may be refused or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Defective Merchandise: If the product you receive is defective, please contact us within 3 days, we also recommend that you email pictures for our reference. Defective items will not be accepted back for return or exchange after the 3 days. In the event that we do send you a defective item we will authorize a prepaid shipping label, once the item has been inspected and confirmed defective we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. We will determine whether the returned products are in fact defective. We are not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective will be returned to you at your expense.
- Returns: We offer a 30 day return policy; please notify us within this time if you would like to return your purchase for a refund. All returns for refund must be received back within 15 days of the RA# being issued, any return received after the 15 days will be eligible for exchange or store credit only. All returns must have an RA number clearly displayed in LARGE BLACK LETTERING on the OUTSIDE of the package. If a return does not have an RA number the package may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.
Promotions: Please note any free merchandise promotion we offer is expected back in the event you return your purchase for a refund. If we do not receive them back, the product cost will be subtracted from your refund. Free shipping promotions only include the shipping charges on the Original Order and do not extend to Exchange Orders. Also note, when returning an item that was originally a free shipping promotion, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount or store credit.
Christmas Gift Returns & Exchanges: If purchasing a Christmas gift in the months of October, November or December, the purchaser or recipient has until January 25th to return the gift for store credit or exchange. If returning for a refund, the refund will only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account originally used in the purchase. Gifts returned after the cut-off date will only be eligible for a Store Credit or Exchange per our regular return policy.
Store Credit: Once issued, store credit cannot be refunded. If a purchase is made with store credit and a return is performed on that purchase, the amount of store credit will be re-issued to your store credit balance.
